Batter for Goreng Pisang

Ingredients:-

1/2 cup Self-raising flour
1/4 cup Cornflour
1 tblsp Rice flour
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
180 ml water or just enough
1 1/2 tblsp oil

5 - 6 bananas

Aunty Corrine says -

Add 1/2 teaspoon kapor to this batter n it will stay crispy :)
Kapor can be bought from Indian stalls at the market.
